The reflective is normal colored until light hits it, then it almost turns a silver white while under light. It is a high quality 7 mil material that holds up well to the elements. This is a die cut decal and the colored part is the only part of the decal, the rest is just a void. Decals up to 6 inches are sent in regular stamped envelopes and no tracking is provided.
