This retro royal blue silk long sleeve dress by Talbots is 100% silk, lined with polyester and is NWT. The dress is a professional career style with a collar front, large button down center, long cuffed sleeves, padded shoulders (can be removed, not built in) and fitted princess seams in the front and back. There is a tie that can be removed to change the look. The dress does have some weight to it and the original tag has a price of $168. It is a size 6 and the waist area across is 15.5”. From armpit to armpit seam unstretched is 18” across and from the middle of the shoulder down to the hem is 37”. Dry clean. Made in China
