Oneida Spanish stainless flatware knife black accent

This piece of stainless flatware was made by Oneida. I believe this pattern is called Spanish but I included a close up photo of the end for positive identification. The knife is 9 1/4" long with a hollow handle. This is a gently used piece with normal household wear but no bends, twists or dents.
