Jane Whiting Chrzanoska was born in Germantown, Philadelphia in 1948. She began painting and drawing at the early age of 14 and has tackled subjects ranging from abstract expressionism to works inspired by her interest in the ancient Inca culture. This gorgeous art noveau print from the early 1980's depicts an exotic nude woman in a beaded headdress with a black cat and a martini cocktail. It evokes the spirit of the Art Deco period with grace and intrigue and is a hauntingly beautiful addition to any room.
