The earliest Sasha blue cord dresses are distinct in that they have snaps at the sleeves and are wider than the 1969/70 dresses. However, this dress seems to be transitional in that it is wide, but has velcro at the sleeves. It is a cobalt shade of navy blue and very soft cord, unlike the 1970 dresses that seem to be a stiffer fabric. This dress is in very nice condition.
To be honest, I don't know when it dates from - I would say late 1968 early 69 because I measured it against a 1969 doll I have whose dress is original to her, and this dress is wider. I took a photo of the narrower dress over this wider one.
I can ship overseas for $5 as well.
