This is a vintage Simplicity pattern, 3216, for a misses dress. It is in size 16, bust 34. This has been used but all pieces are present an usable. The description reads: Shoulder yokes are cut in one with the sleeves, which may be cap or 3/4 length. The bodice is softly gathered at the front shoulders and waistline where it joins the four gored skirt.
