KOKEN Rat Model - Excellent Condition, rodent handling training

SEE MODEL DESCRIPTION BELOW. I'm unable to determine who the manufacturer for this rat is. It looks like the Braintree Koken trainer (list price $700; agnthos.se sells the same model, but pricing is only available via quote). It came with no stand or simulated blood. The tail appears to be in good condition for tail vein injection training. Resupply is available from Braintree; they sell both replacement tails ($100) and vials of simulated blood ($65). DESCRIPTIONCharacteristics:- Pharynx, larynx, trachea, stomach, and tail vein are anatomically correct and replicated inside the model of the rat.- To achieve a texture similar to that of a live rat, original silicone and soft vinyl chloride are used.- When placed in position, the posture is the same as that of a live rat.- Dosage in the stomach can be confirmed because part of the abdomen is transparent.- Insertion of a needle into the tail vein can be confirmed by the reflux of the imitation blood.Techniques:- Retention- Perioral dosage- Tail intravenous dosage and blood collection- Endotracheal intubation.
