This hard cover cookbook is in very nice condition for its age with minimal wear to the dust jacket from reading and re-shelving. INSIDE the pages are at least 98% free of any marks, stains or writing. A very nice copy for its age! 660 pages including index.
Menu planning, recipes, and food preparations for restaurants, hotels, schools and colleges, hospitals, churches and other institutions where good food must be served to large numbers efficiently and within a budget!
