It is new condition, however I need to point out there is a minor superficial indentation in the box which does not effect the contents inside (refer to the third and fourth photos). There may also be slight shelwear on the packaging, such as scuffs, etc from being handled in the store. Please review all photos for additional information and to get an idea what size tablets works with this product.
