This ADC product is comprised of an anti-CD70 monoclonal antibody (clone h1F6) conjugated via a β-glucuronide linker to a doxorubicin . The doxorubicin is targeted to certain cancers by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis.
