This controller offers features that a standard controller does not offer however, these features can be turned off at any time and the controller will function as a standard controller with any game.

Many wondered if it would be possible for another Battle Royale game to muscle in on Fortnite and PUBG. Black Ops 4 you could argue did it, but that was a Triple A game. Apex Legends though came out of nowhere and it really is taking the world by storm right now.

Full disclosure here I am not exactly what you would call a Fortnite lover. I have dabbled in the game a little and found it fun, but it never hooked me like it did many other people. PUBG is a game that I flat out just do not find fun at all!

Apex Legends though ticks all the boxes for me and from the millions of active players it has after just a week, it clearly has hooked a lot of you guys too. What I am loving about the game is just how much fun it is. I love how it does not take itself to serious and I also think that it is way more forgiven than some of the other Battle Royale games I have played.

The three hero squad system is really neat and as Overwatch is one of my all-time favorite games. I really love how they have different characters and there is some lore to go along with this game. While I am not sure if Apex Legends (or if anything) can topple Fortnite. I certainly do think that this is a real contender in the world of Battle Royale games and for me personally as much as I love Blackout, this is the most fun one I have played.
