This is a 14 inch long formula racer from Hot Wheels. It is dated 2008, and has the National Guard as its primary sponsor. It takes 3 LR44 or equivalent watch batteries (not included), and makes three different race noises. It is in good condition with some wear from normal play. See pictures for details.
