Please, check carefully our size chart as well as products' descriptions before making your decision. If size chart is not provided please message us for measurements. Due to the production method we use for all of our products, we cannot accept returns.

We only accept to exchange or refund, if:

- wrong item(s) delivered.

- the item is damaged or defective.

- Please use the sizing chart prior to purchasing for choosing correct measurement for your shoe size.

-Size exchange will be accepted within 14 days of delivery and subject to a $35 restocking fee for shoes/apparel. Our shoes are handmade and made-to-order which is why we cannot except returns unless restocking fee is paid when requesting return.

-We do not accept returns on items, we only accept size exchanges. All sales are final sale due to production method of our made-to-order products we do not hold inventory once item has shipped out of our warehouse.


If you have a wider foot, it's best to order the next size up. We suggest that the way our sizing works are from your back heel all the way to your front toe. The inside part of the shoe is being measured not the outside. So whatever the measurement is, find the nearest measure in our sizing chart and that would be your size.

PLEASE NOTE:
MEASURE YOUR FEET is the only correct way to choose your size. Our shoes is Unisex, choose a size larger than the actual cm measurement for WIDE feet or you prefer to wear shoes that are more loose.

After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer support and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
