Return goods authorizations (RMAs) should be arranged by contacting Healthcare Direct. Return Procedure: After obtaining an RMA, each return must include the following information: Customer’s name and address, RMA number, and Original order number. Return Policy: Defective products are returnable with prior authorization. Non-defective products may be returned, provided customer has obtained prior authorization from Healthcare Direct, if such products are in salable condition and suitable for restocking. Freight and restocking may apply as noted in the Restocking Fee Scheduled listed below. Product must be returned within 90 days of receipt. Refunds may take up to 10-14 business days for the credit to be issued back to your account.
