IL-13-PE immunotoxin

This immunotoxin was achieved by conjugating/fusing the IL-13 to Pseudomonas exotoxin. It was expressed in CHO and purified with affinity chromatography. The immunotoxin selectively binds to tumor cells. Once bind, the toxin enters cells. The protein encoded by this gene is closely related to Il13RA1, a subuint of the interleukin 13 receptor complex.
