ARCH RIVAL Board Game by Parker Brothers Family Game of Dexterity Sealed. This collectible, no longer made, 1992 board game called ARCH RIVAL is in excellent vintage condition. Purchased as a gift, never played with and still sealed in original shrink wrap. Recommended age: 8 years to adult for 2 to 5 players. Made by Parker Brothers. These games, when new and sealed are going for $150.00 and higher at product, consignments shops, estate sales, etc., making this a real bargain. Game was stored in a cool dry place. Comes from a smoke-free/pet-free home. Object of the game A game of dexterity where on a base you set two arc supports. On these you place 13 colored coded tubs in an arch. You then remove the arch supports so the tubs support themselves in a semicircle. There are 50 sticks in various colors and shapes that must be put into the tubs. You roll two dice, one of which tells you how many pieces to place, and the other tells you into which color of tub you must place them. You can also roll 'arch rival' on the color die and then an opponent will pick the color of the tub. This goes on until the arch can no longer support itself and collapses.
