Never cry over an onion again! Instead, substitute 1TBSP onion flakes for 1 small onion in any recipe. Our onion flakes are fresh, American onions that have been picked and quickly dehydrated. Nothing else has been added to the bottle. They are great for cooking or backpacking. Rehydrate in equal amount of water before using or allow to hydrate on its own in the pan or pot.
