This is a 1997 Simplicity Costume pattern to make children's Pumpkin costumes. It is pattern #0652 and a size "A". Will fit S, M and L. Has 9 pieces total and is uncut and unused. It makes the pumpkin body, neck leaf, hat or a headband and has an applique for the face. The package is dated 1997. The envelope has some light wear and a ink scribble on the front and a top corner was torn a bit, which I mended with a small piece of tape. Cute pattern and very easy to make up. The sizes states S, M and L, however the package lists the child's height for these and it shows the Small size is 2' tall, the Medium is 3' tall and Large is 4' tall. This iseems to be only sized for toddler and Pre-schooler size children
