"Like Young" is a song written by André Previn with lyrics by Paul Francis Webster. An instrumental version by Previn and David Rose appeared on the album Like Young - Secret Songs For Young Lovers.
The Previn version peaked at #46 on the Billboard Hot 100 on the week of July 25, 1959. At the 2nd Annual Grammy Awards in November 29, 1959, "Like Young" won for Best Performance by an Orchestra and was a nominee for Song of the Year, Record of the Year, and Best Jazz Performance – Soloist.
André George Previn, KBE (/ˈprɛvɪn/; born Andreas Ludwig Priwin; April 6, 1929) is a German-American pianist, conductor, and composer. Previn is the winner of four Academy Awards for his film work and ten Grammy Awards for his recordings (and one more for his Lifetime Achievement).

His most famous compositions were "The Stripper", "Holiday for Strings", and "Calypso Melody". He also wrote music for many television series, including It's a Great Life, The Tony Martin Show, Little House on the Prairie, Highway to Heaven, Bonanza, and Highway Patrol under the pseudonym "Ray Llewellyn." Rose's work in composing music for television programs earned him four Emmys. In addition, he was musical director for The Red Skelton Show during its 21-year run on the CBS and NBC networks. He was a member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, the national fraternity for men in music.
