FrontPage Form Design

I am an experienced FrontPage user and very adept at building or debugging FrontPage Forms.

I am not a script person. I can not incorporate ASP or other scripting into your forms. I can add the occasional canned Javascript. If you just need form creation, but not necessarily FrontPage I can give you the basic field HTML also.

Please keep in mind your web service provider must offer the Microsoft FrontPage Server Extensions in order for the FrontPage form to work on your site.

In addition, since this is an FP component page, it requires use of the FP built in Publish Web feature. The form will not work if you are using FTP to transfer your pages to you dot com.

I am currently unemployed and am not in a position to offer free advise. Please do not contact me with unpaid questions. My basic fee is 1 hour at $15.00 / hour. Price is negotiable for more time consuming projects. Whether it takes me 5 minutes or 1 hour to solve your problem, it is still the 1 hour minimum.

So in the area of FrontPage forms, I can assist with Basic Form development (Contact form, Feedback form, FP Search Page, FP Guest Book). My experience is with mailto: forms rather than Database.

In order to assist, I will need you to provide at the very minimum, the following:

* Your Website Address.
* The absolute URL for your form page.
* Specific form fields you want. Simple list will suffice.
* Email destination for your form. (keep in mind, that some email providers aren't compatible with FrontPage forms) so you may need to use a Yahoo or Hot Mail address if you don't have site mail.
