Nine West NWT tiger silk flowing dress ruched empire waist halter size 8

This tiger print halter dress by Nine West is 100% silk outer print and polyester lining and is NWT. The animal print silk has a light weight chiffon like feel. There is a sweetheart empire bust with thick black cord outlining detail that ties behind the neck. The front center has draping silk (which nicely hides the tummy). The bottom hemline is slightly higher in the front and longer in the back (but not an extreme high –low dress). There is a hidden side zipper. It is a size 8 and from armpit to armpit seam is 17” unstretched (not stretchable fabrics) and the empire cord area is about 15” across. The bust is not padded but there is more fabric in the bust area. In the front, from the center down to the hem, is 29.5” for the silk fabric and 28” for the lining.
