Most of my CDs are complete with front and back inserts and cases, unless otherwise stated. Sometimes cases are damaged in shipping, I cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged in shipping. Domestic orders will be shipped via First Class Mail or Media Mail. All items weighing over 1 lb will be shipped Media Mail. Media Mail can often be slow; customers are asked to remain patient. You will be notified of the day of shipment with a tracking number for domestic orders only. ALL International Orders ship via First Class International and do not come with tracking numbers.
