Down Santa Claus Lane booklet. Copyright 1987 (Second Printing May 1992), published by Alma Lynne Designs. Booklet ALX-65, total of 32 pages. Contains color photos, charts, and DMC floss numbers for 31 designs to cross stitch. Includes model information and general instructions. Never used. I am marking it as a "used" item as the glossy pages have some faint creasing, and some of the pages toward the front have bent lower right corners (which does not affect the charts). Mailed in a plastic page protector with heavy cardboard for protection in transit. I always combine multiple items in one package and refund the excess postage paid.
