This is an ASTARTE Plus Size Designer CUSTOM MADE BLACK VELOUR & EMBROIDERED CHIFFON Cocktail Set, 1X Petite - SEXY!!
The pictures make it look like the black is washed out, but, it is a perfect, JET BLACK.

There are so many flirtatious details - a velour trimmed peek-a-boo chiffon bodice complete with an embroidered floral pattern that cascades from under the bust to the empire waist, connecting the sheer bodice to the stretchy black velour body of the top. 6 sparkly buttons with loop closures to cinch and show off your curves, matching sleeves that start off with the stretchy velour, connect with the embroidery and end with the chiffon. To end the look, the top is longer in the front and back, goes up on the sides and has a ruffled hem.
And for the pants! Talk about unique! The have a comfy elastic waist, the same matching stretchy black velour as the top - what makes them so unique is that the bottom 13" or so is a 60" bell with a ruffled hem that just moves beautifully as you walk or dance!
100% polyester means it will stretch to hug your curves, not wrinkle when you sit and can be machine washed!
It belonged to someone with a breathtaking wardrobe - she is petite at only 5'1" tall and fluctuates between an XL and a 2X depending on the cut of the garment. I have provided measurements below.
