Description: Set after the events of Father Figure, Katsuya Asano patiently continues to monitor Gabriel Blackstone as he continues to cope with the loss of his father.

The ever-friendly detective who was also assigned to the patricide case, David Krause, persists with his infatuation with Katsuya and continuously hovers over the lines between work and pleasure, despite being rejected so many times. The line is finally crossed when David acts on his one-sided relationship with Katsuya and stakes out his apartment after hearing about a limousine appearing and taking him away. After learning about Katsuya's possessive grandfather and his disapproval of Katsuya's career choice, there is now the looming threat of Katsuya returning to Japan. David now has to make his relationship goals clear before it's too late, but how will he ever manage to do so when Katsuya continues to deny his advances?
