What we have here is a set of earrings that are vintage they say on the clasp Made in Austria. The three tones of different shades of blue are stunning. They are clip on. Look at the workmanship in this It’s much cuter in person It’s just stunning the detail wow. YES! A Blouse, I love to put clip on earrings on the neckline of a blouse it changes the look so much. This would look great on any jacket, blouse even a hat or pocketbook!Back in the day we use to have clip on jewelry called Dress clips. They would just clip to the neckline of a dress and make a plain dress look bedazzling! I do not know the age of this item but I do know I bought it at an estate sale in the 1980’s Please make sure to super size my photo’s to get a good look at this item The earrings are 1 inch long and 1/2 inch wide.
