Speech delivery need to be evaluated in two areas.
a. Language – Was the language simple and direct, interesting and appropriate, vivid and full of imagery, or was it dull and lifeless? Did it have style or was it boring? (Please include/quote specific examples in the speech.)
b. Presentation – Did the speaker use appropriate gestures, eye contact, and good vocal variety? Was his delivery enthusiastic, direct, and comfortable? Did he use visual aids? (Please include/quote specific examples in the speech.)

2. Then, In 2 short sentences, select a topic idea that is of utmost interest to you to develop for a speech. Be sure your chosen topic is narrowed enough so it has a specific focus.
