No breaks, stains, chips, repairs. Some normal signs of wear (scratches ) but nothing big. Any 'imperfections' are normal, to be expected, and part of making process for this type of cookware. This pot is great for using in the oven. I am not sure if you can use it on the stove top. I always used this type of pots in the oven. This pot is small in size and good to serve one person. Good replacement piece. It measures approximately 5.5'' tall from the top of the lid to the bottom. Please note that there might be a slight color difference due to the light and screen.
