Burlap Muslin Tattered Ruffle Cafe Window Curtain. At the top, it starts with burlap rod pocket opening followed by muslin followed by burlap and trimmed with burlap trimming. Also features a tattered Muslin bottom running along the burlap edge. Tattered ruffle bottom layer is 25" in length. Bottom and top edges of tattered ruffle layer are frayed.
