LEO the Mighty Lion, BIG BEN the Tiger, STRIPEY the Zebra, FLIPPER the Trained Seal 1948
These are four of the animal cards from the Treasure Masters "Kiddie Toy Circus - The Biggest Little Show On Earth" sold in 1948 - the company was based out of Minneapolis 15, MN (I can find no other info on the company).
Each stand up card measures approx. 8" high and 6.5" wide, and have a small tab inside to help them stand up - each card has a poem about the character printed on the back, and a list of all performers in the set on a different card piece - original price is unknown, and I'm not sure if they were originally sold as a set of 12, or sold individually.

Performer No. 3 - LEO the Mighty Lion's poem reads:
"My name is Leo lion, And Africa's my home - The way I wear My main of hair, You'd think I'd lost my comb!
"But I am called the KING OF BEASTS - I fear no living thing; That's what my ROAR and MANE are for - to let folks know I'm the KING!
"But since I'm in YOUR circus, I promise to be good and Gladly do My tricks for you Like circus lions should!"
Condition of card: Good/Very Good - there is some age discoloration & a few marks on the back of cards - small spot on paw at the bottom of card - the colors are still bright.

Performer No. 5 - BIG BEN the Tiger's poem reads:
"I'm the circus tiger cat - I like to prowl at night - I'm six feet long And mighty strong In case you want to fight!
"My home is far off India - That's where I used to roam, But if you be Real nice to me I'll soon feel right at home!
"And since I'm in your circus, I won't be mean or cross - I'll be real tame And play the game, 'Cause now YOU are the boss!"
Condition of card: Good/Very Good - there is some age discoloration & a few marks on the back of cards- small crease on paw at the bottom of card - the colors are still bright.

Performer No. 6 - STRIPEY the Zebra's poem reads:
"I come from Western Africa As apes and lions do - My short-furred hide Is striped outside (And maybe inside, too!)
"I'm just so fast and sure of foot, I never slip nor fall - And if, some day, I'd run away, You'd not catch me at all!
"But now I know it will be fun To play with all the rest - And make your show The one we'll know As just the VERY BEST!"
Condition of card: Good - there is some age discoloration & a few marks on the back of cards - the bow & ear have creases - the tab holding the head on is damaged/repaired with glue - the colors are still bright.

Performer No. 9 - FLIPPER the Trained Seal's poem reads:
"I'm the streamlined circus seal - I'm fond of fish to eat; I wear a pair Of "FLIPPERS' where You wear your hands and feet!
"I also have a nice fur coat, And I've been often told My Barking sounds just like a hound's When he has caught a cold!
"I balance balls upon my nose And if you think that's fun, Then watch ME And you will see EXACTLY how it's done!"
Condition of card: Good - there is some age discoloration & a few marks on the back of cards - the ball & pompom (on front) and back legs (by the tab) have creases - the colors are still bright.
