Includes patterns for a jumpsuit, pinafore and hats for the girl; and jumpsuit, vest, and hats for the boy. Directions and patterns have never been removed from the pattern envelope. Envelope is in very good condition. Mailed in a plastic page protector with heavy cardboard for protection in transit. I always combine multiple items in one package and refund the excess postage paid.
