It is factory sealed & has not been opened. This item includes the Ares Build-A-Figure piece. This figure has excellent details, rich colors, & amazing articulation. It has everything you would expect from a Hasbro Marvel Legends action figure. The item is complete & has no missing or broken parts to my knowledge.
