Includes patterns for the boy's outfits consisting of: pants; shirt; tie; suspenders; hat; and hanky; and for the girl: dress; pantaloons; apron; and cummerbund. Directions and patterns have never been removed from the pattern envelope. Envelope is in very good condition. Mailed in a plastic page protector with heavy cardboard for protection in transit. I always combine multiple items in one package and refund the excess postage paid.
