The S70 is a true bass marimba mallet, which has a soft core and this is covered by extra soft yarn. It provides for extra softness. Its thick thread also helps to play nice bass sounds for beginner pupils easily.

We adapted our Student series specially for younger musicians and novice students' needs. They have light head and flexible handle what is shorter than average to facilitate the first steps in learning marimba playing. Nevertheless, the Student Series is characterized by a high degree of precision: we check each pair of compile time if the difference between the weight does not exceed 1 gram. The used materials also follow the quality of the other series. Up to aesthetics, color differences differentiate from our professional series. Their handles are made from multiple selected mountain maple. It provides suppleness and flexibility to them against the birch wood. They are usable on all types and brands of marimba equally. The standard threads are made of mostly cotton and mixture of other natural materials, which makes their extremely durable using.
