Jacaranda mimosifolia, the Blue Jacaranda, is native of South America, especially found in Brazil. Blooming season is in summer. The whole tree is covered with large and delicate grapes of magnificent lavender blue flowers. The foliage is semi-persistent, made up of feather-like leaves finely cut, that give a hint of elegance to the tree. The trunk is large, grey and not very tall. The Blue Jacaranda needs a fresh and rich soil in order to stay healthy. It needs good lighting, preferably under a full sun.
This tree is resistant to most diseases and pests; so you won't need to worry about it getting sick which is one less thing to worry about. Plant a jacaranda tree in your backyard and you will get a beautiful shady tree that smells as good as it looks!
You will receive 5 seeds.
