McCall 5810 misses blouse pattern size 18 bust 40 UNCUT

This is an uncut sewing pattern issued in 1977 for misses blouses. This is for size 18, bust 40 inches. The pattern in is great condition. The envelop says: Pullover blouses have back zipper. A with neck ruffle and tie belt, and B with separate scarf have long sleeves with elastic in lower casings forming ruffles. C with tie collar, and D with cowl collar have long raglan sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs.
