*CONDITION: Good used, actually it appears to have never been used. It was purchased by an U.S. air force service person and never used. I inspected the water sack and did not notice any signs of water in it. Water does not evaporate when in an enclosed container. It may have had water in it at some point so this hydration backpack will be sold as used. Hydration backpack is a little dusty. It was sitting in storage for a few years.

*FEATURES: 2 nice size pouches, padded shoulders, waist strap, accessory loops for hanging stuff, padded back.
