*CONDITION: Used & not tested by me. The lever handle depresses and springs back as it should. The Oxy/Acyt knobs turn freely. It's unknown to me if the seals in the handle and torch head seal properly. It is unknown to me if any leaks exist in the body or valves. This torch handle will probably need to be overhauled. Overhauling and repairing any functions not working properly will be the buyers responsibility. The tip is bent. It is unknown to me if this is the way the tip was manufactured or if the tip is bent from overheating.
