In case if the unit do not work TV (Xbox 1), please check if YPBPR 5 port connection is corrrect and connected tightly. Note: kindly check your input signal is correct.
You must adjust the resolution on both TV and PC, the resolution must the same.You have to adjust the resolution that compatible with your TV. When you connect form TV to PC directly with a cable, it will not cause high signal lost as it is only transmit signal do not have function to upgrade and convert your signal. It's different to use it with an additional converter or Extender or Switcher...
