Plain Jane Baseboard is a very matte, opaque, and chalky mist without sparkle and drama. Being a vibrant pop of color, Baseboard can be used as the base coat of your creation, that final touch of color, or somewhere in between. This Jane sure isn't plain, you get very consistent base color with the option of adding glimmer and shine later. Each bottle is 2oz and comes with a sprayer top.
