ProdecoTech is now offering the Phantom with a 400W Direct Drive motor to provide ample power while cutting costs. The Phantom 400 comes in the iconic Matte Black color which our riders have come to identify with our Phantom Series. It’s powered with a 10.4Ah Samsung cell battery that’s mounted on a sturdy rear rack and allows 25-30 miles on a single battery charge. The 400 Watt direct drive motor is located on the rear wheel, and allows the bike to go up to 20mph. The SRAM X7 Twist 8-speed shifter and SRAM X4 derailluer give you a superior riding experience.

PRODECOTECH Phantom Hybrid Electric Bicycle 2 Year Limited Warranty

PRODECOTECH warrants the Phantom Hybrid electric bicycle, including all individual components against defects in material or workmanship as follows: PRODECOTECH LIFETIME FRAME WARRANTY Prodecotech Phantom Hybrid electric bicycle frames are warranted to be free from manufacture defects in materials and/or workmanship for lifetime of the original owner. If the e-bike is sold and/or ownership transferred, the frame warranty will follow ProdecoTech’s 2 year component warranty.

PRODECOTECH LIMITED 2 YEAR COMPONENTS WARRANTY ProdecoTech ‘s Phantom Hybrid electric bicycle components including forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, cables, bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, chain, rims, spokes, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, kickstand, reflectors and hardware are warranted to be free from manufacture defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 2 year period from the date of original purchase. Electronic components such as controllers, batteries, motors, and chargers may need to be returned to ProdecoTech for testing prior to replacement.

PRODECOTECH LIMITED 2 YEAR BATTERY WARRANTY ProdecoTech Outlaw lithium ion LiFEPO4 batteries are warranted to be free from manufacture defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 2 year period from the date of original purchase. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, or normal wear.

PRODECOTECH LIMITED 30 DAY FULL REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
If within the first 30 days of purchase of new Phantom Hybrid electric bicycle, ProdecoTech at their sole option and expense will repair or replace any defective ProdecoTech Phantom Hybrid electric bicycle upon determining whether the damage, failure, or loss is due to a major defect. ProdecoTech or your ProdecoTech dealer will have sole discretion to determine whether the damage, failure or loss is due to a major defect or otherwise. Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser by contacting ProdecoTech Customer Service Center within the 30 day warranty period. After the initial 30 day period, the registered owner is responsible for shipping costs to ProdecoTech of the warranty parts for replacement or repair.
