He is Raj when he is peaceful and Kali when he is aggressive. Kali happens to be the adopted son of Randhir(Vinod Khanna) who has settled in Bulgaria. Kali does all the dangerous work for his father. His father's arch rival is Malik(Kabir Bedi). He has a daughter called Meera. Kali and Meera fall in love without realising they are from opposite camps. And the truth gets revealed to them when they are on a dangerous mission. Randhir and Malik kill one another in a gun battle and after that Meera and Kali separate. Meera thinks Kali has killed her father so she starts hating Kali. Kali moves from Bulgaria to Goa and become peace loving Raj. He dotes on his younger brother Veer(Varun). Veer falls in love with Ishita who he gives a lift to. Ishita and Veer sing songs and have a good time with their friend Varun Sharma and gang. Varun Sharma also moonlights as a small-time thief who robs expensive car accessories and sells them to a guy called Oscar(Sanjay Mishra).Johny Lever is also a small time thief. All their paths cross with that of King(Bombay Irani) who is a don and who sells drugs. When King's men take on Veer, his brother Raj becomes Kali and takes revenge on his behalf. Raj wants Veer to marry Ishita. However when he goes to Ishita's house he discovers that she is the younger sister of his past love Meera. Meera opposes the match. However after some past misunderstanding is cleared up, Meera and Raj go back to being lovers. Veer and Ishita also unite and everything falls into place.
