This is NOT your grandma's jelly. It is extra spicy HOT!
Add to stir fry. Use to baste meats or shishkabobs. Serve as an appetizer with cheese and crackers. We simply like to dip pretzel sticks into it.

All of my jams and jellies are made in small batches, ensuring freshness, flavor, and consistency. I organically grow all of my own fruit and herbs, or wildcraft from naturally growing sources. They are picked at the peak of ripeness, and processed shortly after. I do not use an abundance of pectin or sugar, as I prefer the more natural taste and spreadability. Taste the difference that freshness can make.
½ pint = 8 fl.oz.
pint = 16 fl.oz.
