If not then we will issue you a refund as soon as you send the tracking information and we can either see that it has been shipped or it has been delivered to us. Proof vs. delivery refunds will be at our decision and based on the particular situation.   We only ship to the address on file at the time of purchase.  If you have a PO box you will need to pay for USPS shipping unless your physical mailing address is the same. You need to message us at the time of purchase to ask us to remove the PO information.  This is the only modifications that will be made to your address.
