This restored cider press comes from a New England farm.
Press was manufactured by The Cutaway Harrow co. Higganum, Conn. 1870's-80's
Press board at bottom of press has been replaced and maybe a couple of slats on press baskets. All the work appears to be authentic with attention to details. The press is in very good shape in its old red paint. Graphics on front of press are still legible.
Press is 50" long x 27 1/2" wide x 58" tall
2 press baskets are 22" across and 18 1/2" tall
Grinder and fly wheels work fine, grinder hopper is cast iron.
