Pikake is a member of the Jasmine family, a small white blossom with a light, delicate fragrance. It is known throughout the world as the flower of romance and it is the traditional bridal flower in Hawaii. It was named by Hawaii’s Princess Kaiulani after her fondness for the peacock.
