Rosemount Forkland Alabama Postcard

"Rosemount--Forkland, Ala.  Rosemount is the Grand Mansion of West Alabama.  Built in 1823, it is completely restored and open to the public.  Easily reached from Eutaw or Demopolis."  Mild edge and corner wear; spotting to reverse side, mostly in message area (see scan). Shiny spot above address area--erasure?  (probably not visible in scan).  No other marks or postage.
