This hat is so silly! The colors are a bright yellow, black and white in a roll-up style. Very nice for spring, summer or fall. Light and very comfortable!
It measures 17" around the brim and 13" from crown (unrolled) and can be rolled up to any length. Designed to be floppy on top. Fits average teen/adult head and stretches to fit larger heads. Can be shrunk in dryer if needed. Machine wash warm, dry flat.
