This Butterick pattern is number 6003. It is for a misses jacket, top and split skirt in sizes 18, 20 and 22. This is a factory folded, uncut pattern in great shape but the envelop has some wear. The description reads: Very loose fitting, unlined, below hip jacket has extended shoulders, shoulder pads, pockets and long sleeves.
