Handmade hot/cold pain relief rice pack. Brand new, handmade, machine-sewn hot/cold rice pack for pain relief. 2 different prints on each side. Made with 5 inch cotton squares. Finished product measures about 4 1/2 inches. The pack is filled with about 1 cup of unscented rice.
Use hot or cold. Reusable. Spot clean on outside, air dry only.

Heat in microwave for 30-90 seconds. Check every 30 seconds to desired warmness.
